Coffee is perishable and is roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if there was an error with your order, if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to brew it, or concerns about the quality, our expert Customer Experience team is here to help you. Please contact us at support@extendedrootscoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
