Shipping policy

Coffee orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of our production roasting schedule.

Please note there are exceptions to the above, including during peak holiday season or when our roasting facilities are closed for national holidays. 

We always offer free shipping on US orders of $50 and above.

We do not ship internationally. Should you have further questions please contact our Customer Experience team at support@extendedrootscoffee.com.

Please note that there may be instances where an order encounters a delay. Selecting expedited shipping at checkout will not impact the schedule above or make your order ship out sooner. 

Please refer to USPS websites for expected shipping timelines during the peak holiday season. We are unable to guarantee any order to arrive by a specific date.
